A new start from idol group Cosmic Girls Exy to actor Chu So-jung (30), not a bad start.
Choo So-jung revitalized the drama with Cho Ah-young, a damage investigator for the recently ended tvN drama 'Divorce Insurance'. In the play where Lee Dong-wook, Lee Joo-bin, Lee Kwang-soo, and Lee Da-hee took the center stage and pulled out, Choo So-jung played her role perfectly and even showed her comic charm on the love line. Chu So-jung "Even when I was shooting for the last time, I suffered from a lot of aftereffects for a while. I didn't like to say goodbye. In the meantime, I had to endure it because there was a period of broadcasting, but I think I'm too sad because the broadcast is over. It was such a meaningful work for me, and I was truly happy. I think it's going to be a moment and a piece that I want to continue to bring out" he left a comment.
For Chu So-jung, who had only been active as a leader of Cosmic Girls since her debut with Unpretty Rapstar, her acting career was a completely different path. Although he had a passion for acting, he felt overwhelmed by his attachment to group activities that he had to do alone. Chu So-jeong said "As the environment and routine changed, and I had time to spare, the vibe of spending the day changed. In the beginning, I was anxious, depressed, and impatient, but now I am spending my days well looking for a way to endure well on my own. I don't know how to rest well because I suddenly have a time that is not arbitrary will, and I think there was a time when everything was confusing. There was also a time when it was difficult for about two years. I was a person who felt happy by working, so it was very difficult, but since this is an endless fight, I accepted it and focused on how to spend my time productively."
So it was a more precious 'divorce insurance' site. I was also grateful to the seniors who spent time acting and agonizing with me every day. Chu So-jeong said "I was so looking forward to going to the scene, and I hated having a break. The time called 'Ayounga' was so precious there. So by the time it was over, my heart was struggling. Once you get attached to them, it's hard for them to break up. Since I have been an idol trainee and a social life since I was young, managers and trainees often break up suddenly, which made me feel bad. I haven't been able to give my heart well since then, but this time, I met so good people that I followed a lot. (I) Dong-wook met me for the first time in 15-ya, and he was impressed by my sister's wedding celebration at the time. He takes care of me a lot from the back and looks more feisty than a friendly style in the front, but he feels like he takes care of me and cares about me. (I)Kwang-soo is always friendly, too. I learned a lot from the side because you thought about every scene with all your heart. I reflected a lot, too. 'Even a senior with such experience thought, 'I should not lose my original intention to pour out without being disturbed yet.'"

During the two-year hiatus, Chu So-jung explained that she had meetings with people from around the world other than the industry, such as visiting a reading group alone. It is explained that this process created growth for Chu So-jung. Chu So-jeong applied without any worries because the notice of the reading group came up while watching the account at a used bookstore. I participated with half fear and half excitement, but after the reading group, it was so good that the conversations we had while drinking wine together were productive. It was so much fun to hear their wisdom among strangers. I also have no fear of meeting new people, and those moments felt miraculous as I watched them listen to my story sincerely. Do you respect each other's stories while you can't afford them?It was comforting just to do it, and I received a lot of energy from being together for several months."
As the leader of WJSN, it is urgent to grow as an actor. Chu So-jeong said "The burden of being an actor is natural. So far, I'm not 100% sure about it. I am confident that I will continue to do this job and that I will like it, but I think I will have to gain a little more experience and get recognized by the public to be sure of myself. Rather than setting big goals and moving forward, I think I want to build my journey as an actor step by step and firmly. If there's a good opportunity, I want to keep doing it."
Her activities as a space girl are still 'undetermined'. The future of team parallelism is still unclear as all members are focusing on individual activities in their respective positions. Chu So-jung said, `As I'm a leader, the team was a priority for me. Personally, I was greedy and wanted to challenge many things, but I also wanted to focus on my activities as a Cosmic Girl. As a WJSN, I have absolutely no regrets. I put everything into it. Looking back since I was a trainee, I worked hard without any shame. I gave up my soul and ground it, and I gave up everything. So I have no regrets at all. I'm really proud of our team, and some people say they're disappointed with the result, but I'm the coolest and proudest of our team. The time I built as WJSN is a precious time and I think it will remain as a time that gave me a lot of strength and comfort," he said with a smile.
