According to the video, Lee Kyung-gyu stopped a vehicle in an alleyway in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 8th and walked on the road, not on the sidewalk. The police were dispatched after receiving a report of suspected vehicle theft and conducted a drug simplified reagent test against Lee Kyung-kyu, and a detailed examination by the National Forensic Service also tested positive. Accordingly, the police booked Lee Kyung-kyu on charges of drug driving under the Road Traffic Act on the 24th.
