Actor Kim Dami (30) completed a cartoon character through Nine Puzzle.

The Disney+ original series 『Nine Puzzle" (played by Lee Eun-mi, directed by Yoon Jong-bin) is a mystery thriller in which Ina (Kim Da-mi), the only witness of a pending case and incumbent profiler, and Han Sam (Son Seok-gu), a strong team detective who suspects him to the end, dig into the secret of a series of murders that began again with a mysterious puzzle piece. It ended by boasting a tight story until the 11th episode, drawing attention.

Kim Da-mi met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 5th and was so happy to feel that many people loved it. People around me also asked me a lot, `Who is the culprit?', and I was also asked why Ina's nails kept changing color. They asked me a line. I was very surprised, and even said that the person hanging the laundry from behind was not the culprit. He said that he was talking about the criminal images of various people, and he said, "'I thought I could think like this.'"

Even in 'Nine Puzzle', there were many moments when Kim Dami was suspected as the culprit. Kim Dami seems to have tried to express a vague point. Since it's a role that requires losing memories, I didn't want to express it outwardly because I was shocked a lot, and I tried to show myself that I didn't know how to react. I talked with the director about how much I would act to the extent that I thought he was the criminal even when I walked with my eyes.

Yoon Na-na in Nine Puzzle is a cartoon-like character who also received attention for her high-temperature voice and child-like tone. Kim Dami said "The part that worried me at first was that Ina was floating a lot, and I was worried because she was a character who was not realistic. But I thought it was my own character. When I was profiling while talking to the director, I tried to lower my tone and find the midpoint of height normally"I wanted to speak faster, but I wanted to give more character at the beginning because there was an important part of transmission." Still, I thought the first goal was to convey the flow of events to the audience, so I took that rhythm only at the beginning, and when I was transferred, the character of this country seemed to fit it, so from there, I acted mainly on the case."

However, there were also some likes and dislikes for the infant-like tone. In response, Kim Dami thought there would be likes and dislikes. I was worried about it a lot in the beginning. In general, when leading a play, a character with a high tone can be an awkward point. In a way, the story has to be drawn from the center point, but it may seem distant from the character, and it seems that he thought that was the characteristic of the play. I thought those other points could be a challenge in a way, but I thought it was a point where the drama could look different through the character, and I thought there would be a part where viewers might not be able to empathize because I did not generally express the emotions I felt" he said.

There were also evaluations such as that it resembled 'Conan' because it completed a cartoon character. Yoon In-na's fashion and hairstyle created by Kim Da-mi also gave people fun to compare and watch. Kim Da-mi said, "'How about a headband?' and talked about various things because she thought it would be nice to have something of her own. When I asked what it was like to think of a tie among them, he said it was okay, so I tried on a vest. I've never had a short cut before, so I think I made it while having a short cut. The director asked me to wear glasses when profiling, so I wore them, but it became my own, so I think the fashion was completed by trying on the beeping hair and nail polish one by one. The staff made 'GIF' that overlapped with the cartoon character, and 'I thought it could be seen as a cartoon character'."

Kim Dami has completed a variety of works ranging from 'Flood' to 'Nine Puzzle'. Kim Dami said "I think the most difficult point was metabolism. It was difficult to convey the middle point and create a character because the lines should be delivered well, the amount is large, and the character must not be lost. So the director and I talked a lot about explaining things. I memorized all the lines a month ago and practiced and pointed out every day. "In the previous work, I took 'Great Flood', but there were many things I had to do with my body, and 'Nine Puzzle' was difficult with the amount of dialogue. There was a clear difference because the body should not move and only speak, but when a person does this, this is difficult, and when that is difficult, I think that is difficult," he said with a smile.

Kim Da-mi said she learned a new aspect through 'Nine Puzzle' when she performed this time, she had less emotions and stronger characteristics than she had done before. I tried to see it a lot apart, and I tried to give it an outward appearance or a character's behavior. This is the point where I thought and studied how to take the flow of the story. Even when the director directed and gave directions, I learned a lot about how to communicate lines and what is important in the mystery, not just as an actor. I'll show you how I feel in the script that the director made wellI think I've learned a lot about whether to do it or not," he said, raising expectations.
