According to the bereaved family on the 4th, Song Young-gyu was found dead at around 8 a.m. that day. Police said Song Young-gyu was found inside a vehicle in Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. A woman at the scene reportedly found Song Young-gyu and reported him to the police. Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the death.
The mortuary was set up in Room 1 of the funeral hall of Davos Hospital in Yongin City.
Song Young-gyu graduated from Hanyoung High School and Seoul Arts Theater Department and debuted in 1994 through the children's musical `Mutal Dosa.' He is in the same class as Jang Jin, director Jang Hang-joon, and actor Jang Hyun-sung, Jeong Woong-in, and Kim Jin-soo in the college of 1989.
