At 9:05 p.m. on the 25th, Jeon Yu-seong died of worsening lung pneumothorax at Chonbuk National University Hospital. He underwent a pneumothorax procedure in June, but he continued to have shortness of breath and was recently hospitalized due to his critical condition again, but he did not recover in the end.

Jeon Yu-seong is known as the first person to use the term 'Gagman' in the days when he was called 'The Playwright' and 'The Comedian'. He entered the entertainment industry as a TBC broadcast writer in 1969, and later turned into a comedian himself, appearing in `Humor 1st' and 'Show Video Jockey" and others. Having been a living witness in the comedy world for more than half a century, he was an object of respect and guide for his juniors.
