From the perspective of a father with a 10-month-old daughter, I know how precious and miraculous the moment of birth is, so I am more happy and proud than anyone else to do a program that vividly conveys the moment.
2. You are a 'experienced childbirth person who watched childbirth from the side. Can you tell me your experience? I wonder what it must have been like.
Watching my wife giving birth by my side, I felt so sorry beyond pity. Others may have their own stories, but my wife had an in vitro procedure because of me. There is a 'Dahong ' that I used to raise, and I want to meet Dahong again who was born as a person. I read the article that said, 'I wish I had Da Hong's younger brother.' and my wife chose the examiner, saying that she wanted to make me hopeful for life. Watching him give birth, I thought I should thank my wife and do well for the rest of my life. I have respect not only for my wife, but also for all Korean women, all women in the world, including the struggling mother, and I think it is great. The emotions at that time were so hectic that I knew it after watching the video. I remember I was so happy that I couldn't control my emotions that tears poured out endlessly.
3. You visited other people's birth sites in person, not yourself, and was there an episode that was different from your own experience or that led you to change your mind?
I met my daughter 'Jay' by caesarean section. At that time, my wife had pregnancy diabetes and was not feeling well, and she weighed about 40 kilograms. The baby also grew to 3.76kg, so he had no choice but to choose a cesarean section. However, I felt that I did not know that there were various ways to give birth while going to the birth site. Among natural delivery, there are underwater delivery and there are various delivery methods. It's not only natural, but there's also a way to do it in the old way, and I changed my mind while watching a lot of that. 'It wouldn't hurt to look for a birth that suits me', "If I get that chance again, I think it's worth discussing with my wife how to give birth and how to meet my child at home."I thought '
4. Since childbirth is not done at a fixed time, I think I need to keep on my toes, how are you preparing for the shoot?
In the case of C-section, they give us a schedule a few days in advance, but natural delivery is completely unpredictable, so we are literally waiting in '5 minute waiting tank'. I ran out even in my sleep, and I thought, 'Oh, it's not coming out anymore,' and I drove back to meet the baby...Anyway, I think it's a program that allows you to experience a lot. As for the filming preparation, I will be fully prepared to respond to such an immediate response, and 'I always carry my cell phone around my body and keep it close to my ears'
5. It is said that this 'WooBaby' will cover more diverse stories of mothers, families, and people in situations. What are you most excited about or excited about?
Depending on the various mothers, we face a lot of situations that are really variable, and among them, I think it's different when I meet multi-child children. I hope you only come out safely and healthily, I have excitement, and I wonder if your breathing is okay after the baby is born...Starting from those things, I think it's the most nervous and proud moment. I shared the moment when triplets and four twins were born in our program, and I think that was the most exciting, worrying, and looking forward to it.
6. The process of new life being born is never light or easy, so I think I may be afraid of giving birth, but I wonder what you thought about the second while sharing 'Woo-baby' as a person with experience in childbirth.
My wife suffered so much when she gave birth to her first child, Jay. In fact, I remembered my wife crying because she couldn't even feed her colostrum when I went to the cook alone, so I wasn't thinking about her body, but not long ago, she talked about her second child. I don't know the future yet because I still have a healthy embryo frozen, but I don't know if I can meet Jay's brother because I still care about my wife. But if you think about it enough and live harder, you don't know what's going to happen. Right now, I'm so worried about my wife that I don't have any thoughts.
7. If you were to introduce 'baby' in one sentence, how would you describe it? You can point out what to look out for.
'You don't have to be scared. You don't have to be afraid', I think it can be expressed as 'a program that conveys the live scene as it is' and 'We were all born like this'. It's the most alive and vivid program in Korean history. I'm sure we can give out more living information than 'live information' to those who give birth or meet a child.
8. What do you really want the viewers to know about 'Baby' or this program?
Viewers meet various programs, but there are not many programs that contain entertainment, culture, emotion, and informality. While watching this program, you will be able to feel the joys and sorrows of life, and I think it is a program that allows you to look at the importance of family, the meaning of children, the mindset and preparation of parents as parents, the mystery of life, ventilation as a country with a low birth rate, and support measures for parents giving birth. I think it is a program that contains meaning about the life we are facing, which is becoming a nuclear family.
Korea's first childbirth broadcasting variety TV CHOSUN 'My baby is born again, to support and celebrate the birth of a new life and to convey the joy of childbirth' airs every Tuesday at 10 p.m.
