However, the Consulate General of LA refused to issue visas once again last year, and Yoo Seung-joon filed a third administrative lawsuit against the Consulate General of LA and the Ministry of Justice. The court ruled in favor of Yoo Seung-joon in a lawsuit against the Consulate General of LA to cancel the denial of visa issuance, but rejected the lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice to confirm the absence of the entry ban decision, saying it is not within the scope of the court's judgment.
