Oh My Girl Seunghee, 160cm, 40kg is bone dry...Thigh shock in one hand

OH MY GIRL members eventually gave Seung-Hee's physique to the extreme medicine.

Recently, on Mimi's YouTube channel 'Mem PD' a video titled 'Health Project Seunghee Edition' was posted.

Oh My Girl Mimi, Hyojung, and Binnie went on a project to make Seunghee, who is too skinny, healthy. We decided to set a time for each person to work out with Seunghee and feed her healthy food.

Mimi was the first to come forward. The exercise Mimi prepared is ballet. Seunghee tried ballet for the first time wearing clothes prepared by Mimi.

After finishing the ballet, Mimi prepared boiled pork for Seunghee. Seunghee confirmed that there are 2 hours left until the next workout. Seunghee said "I should sleep" and Mimi said "Work out, eat and sleep, work out again, eat and sleep. I expected it to bulk up properly. Seunghee said "I don't mean to, but I should have weighed myself. When I measured it in the morning, it was 40kg" and Mimi hated "Is that a number that makes sense?"

Seunghee fell asleep until Hyojung, the next trainer, came. Hyo-jung was full of motivation, and Seung-hee rubbed her thighs with her hands as if she had muscle pain. Surprisingly, Seunghee is so skinny that her thighs are in one hand. In response, Mimi said "Why are your legs so thin?" He was surprised that he became thinner, and Hyo-jung also vented that the child became thinner after ballet.

After the last exercise, Seunghee said, "It was really hard today"But it was as good as it was." he said. Seunghee "I felt it a little bit. It's because I didn't go out, but I felt that I really liked and missed people. "When I went into the dressing room after the last workout, a middle-aged woman hugged my waist and hugged me saying, 'What kind of exercise are you doing so small?' It felt like my heart was being comforted, not comforted" he said.

Seunghee says, "You might not like it. It may be uncomfortable if a stranger touches it, but it's been a long time since I felt that kind of affection and I must have missed it. 'That's right. I really liked this kind of stuff, right?' I was energized while doing it. "It was an opportunity to take care of not only physical health but also mental health." I decided to live a healthier life.
