The 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards ceremony was held at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 19th.
Lee Sung-min played the role of Bummo in 『I Can't Help It』 and was praised for bringing a sense of reality to the play with his emotional and daily acting that made use of details. In response, he lifted the Best Supporting Actor trophy after competing with 'Zombie Daughter'Yoon Kyung-ho, 'Harbin'Park Jung-min, 'Hagain'Kim Sung-chul, 'Face' Kwon Hae-hyo.
Lee Seong-min "I didn't expect it. I didn't think so. I always come and clap my hands on fire. I always wondered if I should prepare an award speech when I was nominated, but I really couldn't do it this time. It was a role I couldn't receive, but thank you so much for giving me this award. The award is thanks to the director who gave me a wonderful character named Jiseol."
The 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards will be hosted by actors Han Ji-min and Lee Je-hoon following last year, and will present a total of 18 categories, including the Most Audience Award and the Cheongjeongwon Popular Star Award, for Korean films released in domestic theaters and OTT from October 11, 2024 to October 7, 2025.
