The Seocho Police Station in Seoul said on the 19th that it sent A to the prosecution without detention on charges of quasi-forced harassment and negligence.
A is accused of sexual harassment and leaving a drunken woman in a car on a road in Gangnam-gu, Seoul in August. The victim was found an hour and a half after being left unattended by a bystander, but was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage, skull fracture, and optic nerve damage, and eventually lost his left eye vision.
The police applied for a video of A's arrest twice, but it was rejected.
