On the 17th, a video titled 'Roh Joo-hyun's voice phishing target & Seoul outing' was uploaded to Roh Joo-hyun's YouTube channel. In the video, Noh Joo-hyun confessed the damage himself and warned of the clever method of voice phishing.
Noh Joo-hyun says "I have unfortunate news. I recently got voice phishing. Don't fall for the suspicious phone call and make sure to check it out," he said.
In the latter part of the video, Noh Joo-hyun was deceived with the caption "'Shocking story that was told a few days later.'" It is right to say that you should go back when you are in a hurry, he said, expressing a bitterness. When the production team asked "How did someone like you get hurt?" he asked "I applied for a small business support fund, but a month later, I got a call and said I passed the screening.", he explained how phishing began.
Then "Cash was dry due to poor business recently. It occurred to me that I might be eligible for support," he added. When the production team wondered "Why did you ask for money when you said you would help?" Noh Joo-hyun approached " subtly." He asked if there was another loan, and he claimed that it was a violation of the financial transaction rules, saying that the expected bank contacted him because he said I was. He deceived me by saying that he would proceed with a loan with a low interest rate."
The production team said "Most business people have a loan, which is a method that exploits the fact that they have a loan." Noh Joo-hyun also thought it was strange, but he took the bait in a hurry"At present, the report has been completed" he said.
In the video "Last year, voice phishing damage totaled KRW 19.5 billion, with an average of KRW 17.1 million per person." was also released. In particular, the number of people in their 60s and older who are not familiar with the digital environment is increasing rapidly""We released this video after deep discussion with the cast in hopes that it will help reduce the damage to the elderly" he said.
