KBS held a production presentation for KBS2's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'The Last Summer' (written by Jeon Yu-ri and directed by Min Yeon-hong) at The St. in Guro-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 29th. Producer Min Yeon-hong, Lee Jae-wook, Choi Sung-eun and Kim Gun-woo attended the event.
Producer Min Yeon-hong is a person and actor who can express Baek Do-ha and Baek Do-young's characters so well after learning about Lee Jae-wook. He is such a lovely, playful, and bright actor, but in the previous work, he was sorry that he could only express tension in the character because he was dealing with a dark and heavy story, but in this work, it was so nice to be able to burst it to his heart's content. I thought it would have been a fun performance for Jae-wook, and I got to be with him."
"Last Summer" is a remodeled romance drama that unfolds when a man and a woman who have been friends since childhood face the truth of their first love hidden in Pandora's box. Lee Jae-wook plays genius architect Baek Do-ha, and Choi Sung-eun plays architect Song Ha-kyung, a seventh-grade civil servant. In addition, Kim Gun-woo plays Seo Soo-hyuk, a lawyer with a 99% winning rate, and meets viewers.
'The Last Summer' will premiere at 9:20 p.m. on November 1.
