In the 337th episode of 'Omniscient Poetry', which aired on the 8th, a day of a mirage showing off thorough self-management and an energetic day and a pleasant charm was depicted.
In the broadcast on this day, Shim revealed a thorough self-care routine from the morning. As soon as I woke up, I checked my in-body and eye body, and then started the day with lunges and squats, showing my appearance as an exercise creator.

According to Nielsen Korea, the broadcast ranked first at the same time with 2049 ratings of 1.9 percent and 4.5 percent for households in the metropolitan area. In particular, the scene where Shim Eot-deum and Jung Seung-je eat jjajang ramen and chicken after exercising drew the attention of viewers with a highest viewer rating of 5.7% per minute.
