The 10th episode, which will air on the 11th, will feature an episode in which Oi-young (Ko Yoon-jung) and Pyo Nam-kyung (Cynthia), a resident of obstetrics and gynecology at Jongno Yulje Hospital, are entangled in a power struggle in the hospital. The two are high school alumni and resident motives, and although they had minor quarrels, they appear as close friends who know and rely on each other better than anyone else.
However, in this episode, a strange tension hangs over their relationship. As the conflict between Seo Jeong-min (Lee Bong-ryeon), a leading obstetrics professor, and Gong Ji-seon (Jiyoon Son), another class professor who checks him, is revealed to the surface, the two residents will be affected.
The released still shows Oi-young and Pyo Nam-kyung, who do not know what to do between Seo Jung-min and the airship of `Akma deus.' The professors' arguments over the operating room soon affect residency education, and Oi-young and Pyo Nam-kyung look at each other without saying a word and share the consolation of Dong-Bad-ryeon.
Meanwhile, as the conflict between the two professors reaches its peak, another emergency occurs in the hospital, raising a sense of urgency. Attention is focusing on whether Seo Jung-min and Gong Ki-sun, who have to protect their disciples despite the conflict, will be able to practice the real 'Dongs Love, Country Love'.
