While the YouTube channel 'No-Pak-Kku Tak Jae-Hoon', in which broadcaster Tak Jae-Hoon is appearing, is embroiled in a 1 billion won default lawsuit, Tak Jae-Hoon expressed his position that it has nothing to do with the legal dispute, saying "All the channel shares have been transferred."

According to a TV report on the 30th, 'No Puck Tak Jae-hoon', which has 1.85 million subscribers, has been filed in the Seoul Central District Court over a debt dispute with the production company. According to reports, billions of won in financial transactions were exchanged during the channel's production and stake sale, and in the process, the cost of Tak Jae-hoon, a cast member, tripled per episode.

A and B, who were involved in the channel operation, acquired hundreds of millions of won in the name of equity transfer and commission, but the contract was later broken due to controversy over refusing to settle the profits or using corporate cards privately.

In January, The Service Center, which commissioned the channel, filed a default lawsuit against HISQUAD, to which A belongs, and also received a legal judgment on the introduction fee paid to B.

As the controversy grew, Tak Jae-hoon reportedly drew the line, saying, `The lawsuit is a matter between the operating entities, and Tak Jae-hoon is only a performer.'

Currently, Tak Jae-hoon has signed an exclusive contract with his new agency 'Tak&T'.
