Ha Jung-woo, Lim Soo-jung, and Krystal Cast in tvN's 2026 Crime Suspense Drama ‘How to Be a Building Owner’

tvN's new drama 『How to Be a Building Owner" (played by Oh Han-ki, directed by Lim Pil-sung, and 'Building Owner"), which is scheduled to air in the first half of 2026, has confirmed the casting of actors Kim Jungwoo Ha, Lim Soo-jung, Kim Jun-han, Jung Soo-jung, and Shim Eun-kyung. The combination of actors who come back to the small screen for the first time in a long time and actors who boast excellent acting skills and unrivaled presence already raises hot expectations.
'Builders' is a drama about a livelihood building owner struggling with debt who participates in crime to protect his family and building that are more precious than his life. The unpredictable development and extreme suspense of the 'fake kidnapping drama', which began to protect the building, are set to attract viewers.
First, Jungwoo Ha became the owner of the building with 'Youngchul' (a loan that brings up the soul), but he played the role of the head of the household who was in enormous debt. Jungwoo Ha, who has been active in movies and OTT series with his genre-blind acting skills, is drawing attention as he announced his comeback as a small screen in 19 years since the drama 'HIT' in 2007. The Jungwoo Ha is expected to portray the situation of the jockey species, which gradually falls into a quagmire while trying to protect the building, with a powerful smoke that has no real attraction.
Lim Soo-jung, who plays Kim Sun, the wife of Gi-jong, enhances the immersion of the story by playing a character of complex emotions entangled in the case. Lim Soo-jung, who has been loved by the public for her irreplaceable charm and acting, will make a comeback on the small screen in 2021 after 'Melancolia' to present a new transformation. Expectations are high for Shim Eun-kyung's strong transformation into a Korean drama in six years with Builders.
With a strong casting lineup including Jungwoo Ha, Lim Soo-jung, Kim Jun-han, Jung Soo-jung, and Shim Eun-kyung, Buildings Owner will begin filming in July. Director Lim Pil-sung, who showed his own original directing style with the movie `Persona.' Writer Oh Han-ki, who has appeared as a novelist and has shown unique works such as "Bagget Boys' Disease" and "Human Manse" has challenged her first drama writing. 'Builders' is scheduled to air on tvN in the first half of 2026.
