Rookie manager Kim Yeon-koung is a project to create a club for volleyball legend Kim Yeon-koung, who returned as a new coach. Kim Yeon-kyung, the world's No. 1 and the only god of volleyball, is drawing great attention as she returns as a coach for the 0th year 'new'.
Producer Kwon Rak-hee said, "Volleyball Emperor Kim Yeon-kyung has returned as a coach in his 0th year. Boo Seung-kwan, a strong volleyball fan next to him, and Pyo Seung-joo, who was the center of the 'Wonder Dogs', became the captain. When I felt that I wanted to do volleyball entertainment, I thought that volleyball was too much of Kim Yeon-kyung. I contacted you out of the blue, and I just happened to have an idea of volleyball entertainment.
Kim Yeon-koung will directly create a team called the Pilseung Wonder Dogs and oversee training, game management, and player mental management. His growth from veteran player to manager is a key point of this program.
"I worked hard for the growth of the players. I hope many people look forward to it. It's my first time doing a volleyball show, so I'm really looking forward to it"Kim Yeon-kyung said, "I didn't expect to direct so quickly. Producer Kwon Rak-hee has been bullying since the season. The purpose of the program was good, and I was able to promote volleyball more, so I did this program. I also wanted to be a director, but it was good to experience it through broadcasting, and there were some difficulties. It was an opportunity to grow into a coach,' he said, expressing his feelings about becoming a coach from a player.
He also revealed the coach he wanted to show. Kim Yeon-koung wanted to bring the team together. I wanted to move to our team's system with a common idea. I wanted everyone to play and recognize that we have to go in a certain direction. I tried to build a team like that" he tipped off.
There was also a difference between the player and the coach. Kim Yeon-koung said, `I had a feeling of frustration that I wanted to go on the court once. What I can do is lead the players in a good direction, and in the end, the play on the court is what the players do."
I also kept my distance because I was worried that the players would think I was a player because I had just retired. I tried to show leadership by making a difference between the manager and the player,' he confessed.
As other sports entertainment programs have recently been created, volleyball entertainment is also expected to be a burden. However, Kim Yeon-koung said, `There are a lot of sports entertainment shows, but we're not thinking about any other programs at all. Baseball, golf, and other sports were already on many entertainment shows. I wonder if there is anything to look forward to. It's my first time doing volleyball entertainment. I think there will be more fun elements"I was proud.
