Mila Jovovich said at a press conference for the movie 'Protector' held on the 18th at the Beef Hill of the Dong-dong Cinema Center in Haeundae-gu, Busan, "I'm also a mother of three daughters, so I felt more special when I played the character" he said.
'Protector' is an official invitation to the Midnight Fashion Section of the 30th Busan International Film Festival. The story is about Nikki Halstead, a former U.S. special forces agent, who has to find her daughter Khloe, who was kidnapped by a criminal group, within 72 hours, and director Adrianne Grangerberg of `Rambo: The Last War' took the megaphone.
Mila Jovovich also performed high-level actions in 'Protector' following 'The Fifth Element' and 'Resident Evil'. In the play, he plays the main character Nicky Halstead and goes on a chase to find his daughter. He hoped that "Protector" would be well communicated to the audience because it is a beautiful work with a long and poetic sensibility. But I thought it wouldn't be easy.
