Ji Chang-wook told the story of 'Scarving City' at 'Disney+ Original Preview 2025(Disney+ Originals Preview 2025)' held at the Cinderella Ballroom at the Disneyland Hotel Conference Center in Hong Kong on the 13th.
Released on the 5th, 'Scarving City' is an action drama in which Taejung (Ji Chang-wook), who lived a normal life, is caught up in an unjustly heinous crime one day and goes to prison, and he learns that everything was planned by Johan (Do Kyung-soo) and carries out revenge against him.
Ji Chang-wook is falsely accused of being imprisoned, and as he takes revenge, he tries to act three-dimensional as Taejung, who gradually changes his role, and Do Kyung-soo tries to act as a villain for the first time as Yohan, who carves the life of others at will.

In response, Do Kyung-soo drew laughter by saying, `I personally think Disney+ is the best.'
As for the drama and characters, Ji Chang-wook first said "I thought a lot about expressing Taejung's emotional part well from the beginning."
Do Kyung-soo tried to stick to the script rather than trying to be inspired. Since it was not a role that could be played practically, I acted while imagining. I made a decision by discussing a lot about the external part. "He revealed what he cared about for the character.
In terms of villain characters, I hope that character doesn't come outI wanted you to feel this feeling"It was good because it was a new challenge. "

Rather than remaking "'Manipulated Cities', it expanded the same world view. I think it's more appropriate that I made a new series called 'Sharp Doshi'. They say they did it because of some responsibility, but I never thought it was the same work. The characters were that different. There were a lot of new narratives and stories, so I thought we were filming a new series."
The Disney+ original 'Scarving City' released four episodes on the 5th, followed by two each week, and a total of 12 episodes will be available.
Meanwhile, 'Disney+Original Preview 2025' is an event where you can meet APAC (Asia-Pacific) and global original content scheduled to be released on Disney+ in advance. On this day, the general entertainment lineup, including APAC originals in Korea and Japan, was introduced. The event was attended by about 400 reporters from 14 countries, including Japan, the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Mexico and Brazil, including about 100 Korean reporters.
