MBC's 64th anniversary documentary 'Backcam in Lollapalooza' will be broadcast on MBC at 12:10 p.m. on Thursday to Friday, the 20th.

The documentary 'Bacam in Lollapalooza' visited one of the world's top music festivals, 'Lollapalooza', to commemorate the 35th anniversary of MBC FM4U's 'Bae Chul-soo's Music Camp', vividly capturing the festival site and atmosphere through meetings with participating artists and Lollapalooza officials.

From late July to early August this year, the '2025 Lollapalooza Festival' held at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois, featured not only top POP singers such as Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo, but also K-pop singers such as Boynextdoor and X-Dinner Heroes, and TWICE was the first K-pop girl group to be named as a headliner, making a spectacular finale.

The documentary 'Bacam in Lollapalooza' will vividly convey the recent trend of the pop market and the heightened status of K-pop among global music fans through interviews with global artist Alex Warren, who recently topped the Billboard charts with his single 'Ordinary' and K-pop artists such as Boynextdoor, X-Dinner Heroes, and Wave to Earth.

CP Nam Tae-jung, who organized 'Backcam in Lollapalooza', said "Document that allows you to see K-pop's status in the global pop market and the world's music flow at the same time."

Marking its 35th anniversary this year, Bae Chul-soo's Music Camp has been establishing itself as a representative music program in Korea, introducing various music and musicians at home and abroad since its first broadcast in March 1990.
