Disney's animated film Zootopia2 predicted Judy and Nick's magical chemistry.
The video press conference for 'Zootopia 2' was held on the 18th. Actors Ginifer Goodwin, Ki Hoy Kwan and Jared Bush, and producer Yvette Merino attended the scene.
Released on the 26th, 'Zootopia 2' is a thrilling tracking adventure in which Zootopia's best duo Judy and Nick chase Gary, the unidentified snake that shook the city, and dive into a new world to investigate a dangerous case. Following the previous film, director Byron Howard directed once again, and director Jared Bush, who participated in the screenplay for "Encanto: The Magic World" and "Zootopia" and "Moana" helped. Producer Yvette Merino joined the production.

Director Jared Bush said, "It was important for Judy and Nick to get into a new story. The partnership between the two characters had to be centered on everything. Shouldn't they have had an uncomfortable challenge instead of staying in a comfortable place. Also, the new point we were able to explore is the space we didn't see in the first original. Among them, I like the wetland market, and you can meet semi-aquatic animals and marine mammals together. It was attractive to be able to travel both above and below the water, and the focus was on realizing it."
As for the point where I want to keep it the other way around, I wanted to keep the charm of various animals in a huge city, a fun and complex modern space that seems to reflect our real world. All the staff involved in this work are 'Animal Freedoms (狂)'. This episode was a full-fledged work that allowed you to become a fan of animals," he said, expressing satisfaction.

On top of that, welcome faces who played existing characters, such as Ginifer Goodwin as Judy and Jason Bateman as Nick, were in sync. In addition, Ki Hoy Kwan, who won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for "Everything Everywhere All at Once", plays Gary the new face and brings freshness to the play.
Ginifer Goodwin says "It's touching that Judy and Nick are loved like the epitome of a couple. I want to be more Judy, including all the loopholes she has. The coolest point Judy has is courage. How courageous the character is, it comes out from the beginning of the movie. Judy has many flaws and shortcomings, but she also tends to not listen well to others. Nick said, "The problem is that it is difficult to be serious in any situation. In "Zootopia2", we could imagine with them as we continued the relationship between the two characters. I was so moved and deeply moved" he said.
As for the secret of Judy and Nick's lovely chemistry, "You can't give all the credit to the actors. Thanks to the hard work of hundreds of staff. First of all, the script was so fun. He also never encountered Jason Bateman, who played Nick, in the recording studio. I don't know how the other actors recorded it, but it's magical that our outstanding chemistry is completed."

Key Hoy Kwan is such a big fan that he has watched the first movie in the theater many times. When I was offered the role of Gary for the first time, 'Salmosa with poison? I wondered if you contacted me properly. When I felt it for myself, my voice was not scary at all."Later, when I heard that (Gary) was the first reptile to step on 'Zootopia for over 100 years, I wanted to act quickly" he said.
In the meantime, "It was very important to capture warm sensibilities in the movie. I want the audience to feel all the emotions Gary feels. Beyond the prejudice of 'threatening murder with poison', I wish it wasn't a scary snake character. I hope you'll see me as a playful and warm character," he said of the wind.

Yvette Merino, the producer of the production, said "When producing Disney animations, the most important thing is the collaboration process. We usually go through internal suggestions 6 to 7 times. Every time I proceed with the current affairs, I get feedback on whether I'm in conflict with the previous original animation or if there's a point of conflict. Collect opinions from all the staff in the studio, and apply immediately if there is any element you don't understand at all"After applying feedback, we proceed with the current events again a few months later."
Finally, 'Zootopia2' received enthusiastic reviews at a premier event in LA about 10 days before its release. Since then, it has been ranked as the top 4 in overall reservation rate at the same time as the reservation opening, heightening the heat reservation of domestic audiences. Director Jared Bush wrote "More than 700 Disney employees. I can't wait to show you a piece that I'm proud of" expressed confidence.
