NCT Mark announced his successful solo debut by topping various global charts with his first solo album 'The First Fruit'.
Mark's first solo album 'The First Fruit', released on the 7th, topped major music charts such as Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart Retail Album Chart, and the title song '1999' (Ilgu-gu) also topped the Bucks real-time chart at the same time as it was released, realizing the enthusiastic interest of music fans.
In addition, Mark topped the Chinese QQ Music Digital Album Sales Chart with this album, topping the real-time surge chart of AWA, the Japanese local platform, and topping the iTunes Top Album Chart in 14 regions around the world (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Poland, Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkiye, Vietnam), and a total of 24 regions including Germany, Japan, India, Sweden, and Australia.

Mark held his debut showcase at the FB Theater in the Seongsu Culture and Arts Center on the 7th, and not only performed the title song '1999', but also performed the first solo song 'Child'Child' for the first time in three years since its release, clearly imprinting Mark's music color and narrative.
At the end of the showcase, Mark said, "This album is made with the hope that my sincerity will be conveyed. As I got to know myself better after working for a long time, I hope it's an album that's meaningful to you. I was really nervous today, but thank you for supporting me, and I'm just starting my activity, so I'll do my best, so please keep an eye on me."
Mark's first solo album 'The First Fruit' consists of a total of 13 songs, including the title song '1999', and is drawing attention as an album that melts Mark's autobiographical story.
