'Big Hit Music Rookie'CORTIS is performing explosively upon his debut.

According to an announcement by Japan's public broadcaster NHK on the 21st, Cortis (Martin, James, Ju Hoon, Sung Hyun, and Geonho) will perform on the stage of 'NHK MUSIC SPECIAL"'NHK MUSIC EXPO LIVE 2025' at Tokyo Dome on November 3rd. Three days after their debut, they were named in a large-scale performance lineup, proving their high interest in the region.

Cortis is gaining huge popularity around Gen-Z around the world. Especially, it is popular on social media. As of 9 a.m. on the 22nd, their global short-form video platform TikTok has about 1.6 million followers. It is growing its weight class at a fast pace enough to rank No. 1 in the number of followers among boy groups that debuted this year two weeks after the account was opened. Self-produced music videos and filming behind-the-scenes, which can only be presented by Young Creator Crew, which co-create music, choreography, and video, played a big role in capturing users.




Cortis will release the song 'What You Want (feat. Tezo Touchdown)' at 1 p.m. on the 22nd, bringing it closer to global fans. This is the English version of the debut album title song 'What You Want', featuring Teezo Touchdown, an American singer-songwriter who collaborated with hip-hop giants such as Tyler, the Creator, Drake, and Travis Scott.

'What You Want (feat. Teezo Touchdown)' is all the more special because it features Tizo Touchdown and a demo song recorded in English by five members at last year's Song Camp in Los Angeles. With the official music video of the original song starting to hit the box office by ranking 2nd on YouTube 'Daily Popular Music Video Korea' on August 20th and 83rd on Daily Popular Music Video Global', the English version released today (22nd) is expected to accelerate Cortis' popularity.

Cortis is on KBS2 'Music Bank' on the 22nd and MBC 'Show' on the 23rd! Music Core' will appear on SBS'Inkigayo' on the 24th. The five members will dance on the treadmill while performing unshakable singing and perfect performance.
