However, Tzuyang left the police station in about 40 minutes, refusing to investigate.
Attorney Kim Tae-yeon, Tzuyang's legal representative, said "(The police) did not seem to think of him as a victim at all. There seemed to be no intention to protect the victim, so I wondered whether it was right to investigate through an investigator. I had no choice but to doubt whether it was a fair investigation because I didn't give any information about it normally" he said.

On July 30 last year, Tzuyang sued Kim Se-ui on charges of forcing him to threaten defamation. Tzuyang claimed that Kim Sei-ui raised suspicions of tax evasion, illegal surgery under Tzuyang's other name, and that she claimed to have worked at an entertainment establishment under the coercion and intimidation of her ex-boyfriend were false, forcing her to explain and repeatedly posting photos and posts related to her.
However, Tzuyang filed a complaint against Kim Sei-ui. Accordingly, the police decided to dismiss charges such as violation of the Information and Communication Network Act and intimidation. This means that dismissal is not a requirement and does not make a judgment.
Tzuyang filed an objection against the police's decision not to send it, and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office made a supplementary investigation decision.
