RM and V, who joined the army on December 11, 2023, are scheduled to leave the unit after completing their discharge reports this morning. RM served in the 15th Division's military band and V served in the 2nd Division's military police special mission.
In this regard, Big Hit Music, the agency, said on its fan community platform on the 7th that `No separate official events will be held on the day of the entire country,' adding that `As each location is limited in space and there are concerns about safety accidents caused by congestion, we sincerely ask you to refrain from visiting the site," he said.
He added, "'Please send a warm welcome and support to RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.'"
Earlier, members Jin and J-Hope were discharged from the military in June and October last year, respectively, while Jimin and Jungkook are scheduled to be discharged tomorrow (11th). Suga is set to lift the call-up of social service personnel on the 21st.
Since being discharged from the military, Jin and J-Hope have been active in various fields, including singing and appearing in entertainment shows, filling the vacancy of the team.
In the second half of the year, expectations are high on how BTS, the seven members who have completed their military service, will meet with fans again.
Meanwhile, BTS agency Hive put up the official logo of BTS and 'ARMY' and the phrase 'WE ARE BACK' on the exterior wall of its office in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 9th to commemorate the members' discharge.
"This phrase comes more special in that all members return to the fans after serving in the military," Hive said. "As Jin and J-Hope, who returned earlier, continue to work actively in their own ways, expectations for BTS's group activities are also rising."
