RM Plays Saxophone, V Thanks Fans: BTS Members Celebrate Emotional Discharge

RM and V held a discharge ceremony at the soccer field of Sinbuk-eup Sports Park in Yulmun-ri, Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do on the morning of the 10th. RM and V joined the army in December 2023 and completed a year and seven months of military service in the 15th Division Military Band and the 2nd Division Military Police Special Task Force, respectively. The two men, who were discharged from their respective units after reporting their discharge from the military, thanked hundreds of ARMYs. ARMY, holding placards and cheering sticks, welcomed their discharge with tears.
RM celebrated his discharge by playing the saxophone. RM said "We are serving in the shortest military service ever and the conditions have improved a lot, but honestly, there have been a lot of distress and hardship. However, I found out that we were able to work because many people protected and fought for the country instead of us during our activities. I was able to get closer to military writers such as my father and friends. Thank you to ARMY for waiting. As a BTS RM, I will do my best in society."
V, who succeeded in bulk-up by gaining weight and building muscles during his military career, "It was a time when I was able to rethink my body and mind after joining the army. ARMY, thank you for waiting. I want to go back to ARMY as soon as possible. If you wait a little longer, I'll show you a great performance."

RM said "I want to perform the most. "I'll work hard on the album and return to the stage as soon as possible", V said. "I'll quickly return to the stage and work hard as a BTS."
For BTS, Jin and J-Hope were discharged last year, and Jimin and Jungkook will be discharged on the 11th. Suga, who is serving as an alternative social service worker, will be released from the call-up on the 21st. With this, BTS's military white flag will end this month.
Celebrating the return of BTS, Hive wrapped the official logo of BTS and Army and the phrase 'We Are Back' on the exterior wall of the office building in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 9th. This is part of the festival 'BTS Festa' with fans held every anniversary of BTS's debut (June 13), which runs until the 29th.
Hive said "This phrase comes more special in that all members return to the fans after completing their military service. As Jin and J-Hope, who returned earlier, continue their active activities in their own ways, expectations for BTS's group activities are also rising."
