Since then, Choi Min-hwan has issued a statement saying he is sorry for the members and fans, and resumed his overseas activities starting with a Japanese performance in March.

In response, Choi Min-hwan countered that the reason for his divorce from Yul-hee was not because of his entry into his business, but because of Yul-hee's abnormal lifestyle and frequent runaway. In the end, the mediation broke down and the two are facing a lawsuit.
