Tzuyang partially won the injunction appeal filed against the YouTube channel 「Garosero Research Institute」 and CEO Kim Se-eui. Ga Se-yeon will be fined 10 million won per episode indirectly if she posts a video related to Tzuyang.

According to the legal community on the 26th, the 25-2 Civil Affairs Department of the Seoul High Court made a decision to cite some of the video in an appeal against the removal and posting of videos filed by YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jung-won) against Kim Se-eui and Se-yeon. As a result, if Gase-yeon posts a live broadcast or post on YouTube containing information that violates Tzuyang's privacy and honor, an indirect compulsory fine of 10 million won will be imposed per case.

The court said "Ka Se-yeon has a significant number of subscribers and has continued to broadcast expanding and reproducing related suspicions even after the decision of the first trial."It was judged that similar images are likely to be repeated in the future without a separate indirect compulsory decision.

The ruling came after Tzuyang appealed against the decision of the first trial that only the deletion order was issued and sanctions were applied separately in case of violation. In the first trial, some video deletion was cited, but all indirect compulsory applications were rejected.

Earlier, in July last year, Se-yeon Lee and Kim Se-eui reported the suspicion that Tzuyang had worked at an entertainment establishment based on YouTuber foot-and-mouth disease (Lee Jun-hee). In response, Tzuyang complained of pain, saying "Choice due to assault and coercion of his ex-boyfriend." However, Kim Sei-ui continued to broadcast 'It's not true', and eventually, Tzuyang sued him for violating, threatening and forcing the Stalking Punishment Act.

The police decided not to send the case due to insufficient evidence, but the prosecution accepted Tzuyang's objection and ordered a supplementary investigation. Currently, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul is investigating the case further.
