Actor Lee Jung-ha (28) expressed her feelings about the action.
Lee Jung-ha met with Sports Chosun at the Content Wave headquarters in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 11th and interviewed the original Wave drama 'ONE: High School Heroes'. Lee Jung-ha said "There are two episodes left until the last episode, and this drama feels like time has gone by really quickly. As long as you've waited, the time ends quickly, but people are enjoying it and I'm also waiting from the perspective of the viewers"I was wondering how it would have come out because it was a different action than "'Moving', and I think I waited a long time because people were new challenges with a different feeling."
Lee Jung-ha achieved a sharp weight loss by filming 'ONE' immediately following 'Moving'. Lee Jung-ha had about a month after "'Moving', but he took it out as hard as he could for a month. I weighed 99kg when I was moving, but I weighed 85kg when I was ONE. At the end of the day, I lost 5kg more, so I weighed 80kg. Currently, we are maintaining 72 kilograms."
Lee Jung-ha then said "When I found out how to go on a diet, I had to take a long time to lose weight. If you don't do intermittent fasting and reduce it to half of what you eat while increasing your fasting time, you will lose a lot of basic metabolism, maybe because it is high. I didn't eat, I hung in there, and I went to sleep if I was hungry."
Lee Jung-ha said that in "'Moving', there was a limit to the air action, so I couldn't do much of the action because there was a limit to the wire action and the action was small, but this time, I tried to increase the sense of hit by making the action a little bigger."
Lee Jung-ha also said, "When I say OK, I'm cool' When I thought about it and monitored it, I saw a lot of regrets. So I think I acted in that part, saying 'I'm not going to do that next time' This time, it was different from aerial action, but it was convenient to do it on the ground. It seems that it was difficult to act because of the line in the air, and it was convenient to be able to do it freely on the ground.

Lee Jung-ha said "If you think your action has improved, you get another one. Jiu-Jitsu acting was really hard. You have to be careful about all the actions, but if you're not really careful, your arm might bend or something like that." He said "I'm all talented." When I first hear it, I wonder if I'm really talented, but everyone says that, so I'm really talented, right?I ended up asking ' It seems to be improving little by little. If I get a chance, I want to try more action. There is a lot of sense of accomplishment. I'm nervous when the action is coming. There could be a risk of injury. But after doing this, he also said that it came out really cool when he did it with the other actor. I still have actions with guns and swords, but I want to try these, too."
With the recent appearance of a series of academy action movies, curiosity about 'the strongest' has grown. Yeon Si-eun (Park Ji-hoon) of 'Weak Hero' or Hwang Min-hyun of"Study Group" are rivals of Uigyeom. Lee Jung-ha "I think Yoon Ga-min is the strongest among them. When I think of the image while watching the webtoon, I am a good fighter in the first place, and my physical ability is different. I'd like to say that I'm the last among them. I don't know because I haven't fought, but I wonder if I'm a little weak with tools. I don't think Si-eun's fight in 'weak hero' is mean either. When you fight, if you win, it's 'Jang dang dang'."
'ONE: High School Heroes' is a high school action drama in which Uigyeom (Lee Jung-ha), the top student suffering from his father's oppression, and Yoongi (Kim Do-wan), who tries to use his natural fighting talent, form a masked 'High School Heroes' to explode pent-up anger, overturning the school violence ranking. Lee Jung-ha performed a break-down bare fist action with a natural talent, Uigyeom.
