So Ji-seop met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 12th and interviewed Netflix's original series 'Gwangjang' (played by organic Kim Joon-hyun, directed by Choi Sung-eun).
Recently, as 'I'm sorry, I love you' was mentioned again on tvN 'PyongPyongPyong Earth Entertainment Room 3', it is also trending among the younger generation. In response, So Ji-seop "It used to be burdensome. If you say that, it was a little burdensome to talk about 'Miss' and ask me to say a famous line, but now that I think about it again, I'm grateful for that. These days, they do everything they ask. I'm so grateful, and I'm so happy that it was an opportunity for young people to watch old dramas again."
Subsequently, So Ji-seop "I sometimes see it, too. When you need new acting energy, or when you're in trouble, you have that kind of energy back thenI'm watching because I want to feel what I want to do" and "I feel like I just did my best to act without thinking, and now I have a lot to pay attention to and a lot to be seen" he said.
So Ji-seop "I'm thinking a lot about it. I'm not an actor. As a result, it now seems to look similar no matter what. What can I do, is it right to find a new face? Even though it's new, you see it similarly, so I think I'm worried about whether I should do what I'm good at in the future. I don't think there's an answer."
So Ji-seop also told fans waiting for her next album, "I will think about it if the album comes out well only if "Gwangjang" goes well." The music video is embarrassing even if we film it, but "I sing in the space where I meet my fans, and if I had the opportunity to do that, I would play a new song. It's not just because I want to sing. Of course, that's what I want to do (singing), but it raised expectations for my 10th album.
'Gwangjang' is a noir action drama in which Ki-jun (So Ji-seop), who cut off his Achilles tendon and left the world of Gwangjang, returns 11 years after the death of his younger brother Ki-seok (Lee Joon-hyuk), who was the organization's second-in-command, and digs into the background for revenge. 'Gwangjang' is popular in 44 countries around the world, ranking second in the global TOP 10 series (non-English).
