On June 13, 2015, Jeong In-ah had an accident while training skydiving in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do. Three days after his disappearance, he was found dead in a nearby sea. He was 35 years old.
At the time, Goheung Police Station said "After the skydiving jump, the parachute unfolded normally, but it failed to land and fell to the surface and drowned." Jeong In-ah reportedly had an accident while being trained to act in the skydiving scene herself without using a stand-in in the movie she was scheduled to appear in.
Jeong In-ah started her career in the entertainment industry as a model, and in 2008, she tried to become an actor and made her face known through the MBC sitcom 「Secrets of the Island」. He suffered a debt lawsuit, but was later cleared by the court. In the aftermath, he temporarily suspended his activities, but he did not stop challenging himself by obtaining yoga instructor certificates and pilates certificates and becoming an SBS golf channel MC.
