Kwon Sang-woo unveiled his new building in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Kwon Sang-woo entered the building saying, "The construction is not finished yet."
In April 2015, Kwon Sang-woo purchased a 946㎡ (about 286 pyeong) factory site for about 8 billion won and built a two-story building to use it as a self-car wash.
After that, in October last year, the building was demolished and new construction began. At that time, when the building was completed, the value of the site was estimated to be around 43 billion won, making headlines.
Kwon Sang-woo transformed the building that used to be a car wash into a building where various pop-up events were possible. This is a choice to keep up with the trend. Kwon Sang-woo said "Seongsu-dong is in that kind of atmosphere, so I think that would be better." I put my heart and soul into the bathroom, too" he said.
