MBN reported on the 9th that `Lee Kyung-kyu was caught by the police while driving after taking drugs.' The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul is investigating Lee Kyung-kyu on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act.
According to the report, Lee Kyung-kyu drove another person's car to his company at 2:05 p.m. on the 8th at an indoor golf practice range in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The car owner reported the suspected theft of the vehicle, and the police found that the parking management agent confused the vehicle and misrepresented it to Lee Kyung-kyu.
In the process, the police tested Lee Kyung-kyu for alcohol consumption after returning to the indoor golf practice range, but he was found to be negative and tested positive for drugs in a simple reagent test.
Lee Kyung-gyu strongly denies the charges, saying, `I just took prescription drugs.'
