The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul said on the 9th that it has booked Lee Kyung-kyu without detention on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act.
According to the police, Lee Kyung-kyu took over another person's vehicle and drove to his company at 2:05 p.m. on the 8th at an indoor golf practice range in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, due to a parking management agent's mistake. The owner of the vehicle reported the theft to the police, and a police investigation found that it was a mistake in the delivery of the vehicle by a parking management agent.
After Lee Kyung-kyu returned to the indoor golf practice range, the police's alcohol consumption test was negative, but the simple reagent test was reported to be positive for the drug.
In response, Lee Kyung-kyu reportedly denied the allegations, saying, `I only took prescription drugs.'
