The NGO G Foundation for International Development Cooperation announced on the 23rd that broadcaster Yoo Jae-seok donated 50 million won for female adolescents in the blind spot of health and hygiene.
The donation is aimed at helping female adolescents who suffer from a lack of sanitary pads grow healthy in a sanitary and safe environment, and will be used for the "Health and Hygiene Support Project" conducted by the G Foundation for vulnerable female adolescents in Korea. It plans to produce a sanitary pad kit consisting of sanitary pads, women's cleansers, underwear, and pouches and deliver it to female adolescents across the country.
Starting with his relationship with G Foundation in April 2020, Yoo Jae-seok has continued to donate a total of 350 million won so far, practicing quiet good deeds. It supports various health and hygiene projects and cultural education support projects of G Foundation, including sanitary products including sanitary pad kits, improvement of complex hygiene facilities, and education and cultural support, and continues to accompany underprivileged neighbors, including vulnerable women and adolescents.
