After School-turned-Becca Pursues Unsustainable Weight to Shoot K-Pop Appearance Management System

On the 23rd, Becca published an article titled 「K-pop and weight」. "Honestly, during my time in K-pop, the war on weight was very real," he said. The diet method was different and followed a specific appearance or number. Everything was unsustainable" he said.
Then "At that time, I didn't know how to lose weight properly. I ate healthy and slept enough while building muscles. It took time (even though I'm still learning every day), but the biggest lesson I've learned is not to give up, but to respect your body."

Becca also released a photo of her wearing a bikini on the beach. In the released photo, Becca drew attention by showing her solid body without being fat at all.
Becca debuted as an afterschool member in 2009, but left the team in 2011. He returned to his hometown of Hawaii to study design, and recently announced his marriage.
