According to the Chosun Ilbo on the 2nd, Jenny's private label 'Od Atelier(OA) will move its nest to a new small building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Jenny's agency Odd Atelier confirmed that it will hire a new small building in Hannam-dong when the rental contract for a detached house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, which is currently being used as an office, expires in October. Interior work is currently underway and will move in early November.
The new office building is a neighborhood living facility with 1 basement floor to 4 floors above ground and a total floor area of 927㎡ (about 280 pyeong), and has a luxurious exterior reminiscent of a gallery. From the rooftop rooftop, you can have a panoramic view of the Han River.
The building was designed by Hong Tae-sun, the only U.S. architect working in Korea to be an honorary member of the 2024 American Architects Association. Hong's representative works include Lotte Premium Outlet Paju branch, the nation's top premium outlet, Yeouido Ricencia, a residential facility, and Pocheon Hillmaru Golf Course.
As of the end of last year, it was on the rental market with a deposit of 1.5 billion won to 2.5 billion won and a monthly rent of 60 million won to 80 million won. The sale price is estimated at around 45 billion won.
The location is also the best. Located on the north end of Hannam Bridge, it is easy to move between Gangnam and North, and accessibility throughout Seoul is good through Hangangjin Station and Gyeongui Central Line on Subway Line 6. There is also a Hannam Ogeori bus stop within a 3-minute walk. Due to the nature of Hannam-dong, trendy cafes, restaurants, and convenience facilities are concentrated, which is advantageous for both life and work.
