Kim Soo-hyun’s Lawyer Denies Underage Dating Claims by Kim Sae-ron’s Family

Lawyer Ko Sang-rok said on the 27th that the case began after Kim Se-eui claimed false facts based on false statements left by the deceased on his YouTube channel and social media, pointing out that `Only after September 30th, when they officially demanded to disclose the evidence that they claimed to be there, they remain silent for nearly a month.'
In addition, lawyer Koh claimed that he was a middle school student in 2016 and decorated it as if it were evidence of his underage relationship, pointing out that Kim Se-eui's representative had insisted on the broadcast that he would release thousands of photos, but he has not released a single photo so far. It is also explained that Kim Soo-hyun distorted the facts by placing the letter to the deceased while serving in the military on the same screen with the postcard he sent when he was dating after he became an adult, and promoted it as grooming evidence. Lawyer Koh also added that it was impossible to physically meet the deceased because Kim Soo-hyun was unable to escape Yeongjongdo Island when he was filming the 2016 film Real.
Lawyer Koh also said, `The fact that the clues that can guess the man's identity are completely deleted from the entire dialogue strongly suggests that Kim Se-eui's representative and his bereaved family intentionally edited and processed the part.' `I would like to say that a particularly thorough investigation should be conducted on this part.' In addition, to Kim Se-eui's representative "If you are proud, submit the entire conversation of the group Kakao Talk to the investigative agency." If a group chat room with a large number of people was claimed to have been deleted at the same time, the public would not be convinced, but even if it was deleted, all conversation records can be restored if only one of the participants proceeds with digital forensics.
Lawyer Koh then questioned the voice of the deceased, which Kim Se-eui's representative and lawyer Bu Ji-seok revealed at a press conference on May 7, saying, `Is it really the voice of the deceased?' After her death, the perpetrators colluded for their own benefit, and the lies that the deceased had not practiced in his lifetime were revived as the voice of the deceased. Kim Se-eui, who carried the bereaved family on his back, built up fabricated evidence, used the dead as a shield to distort the narrative and amplify and reinforce false facts. This case is a malicious crime that takes advantage of the fact that it is difficult for anyone to easily refute what the deceased said during his lifetime.

The bereaved family of the late Kim Sae-ron, along with Kim Se-eui, CEO of the YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute, claimed that Kim Soo-hyun had been dating from late 2015 to July 2021 when the deceased was a minor. However, Kim Soo-hyun's side is claiming that the deceased has been dating for about a year since he became an adult.
