The group VVUP has been reborn.

On the afternoon of the 22nd, a showcase for VVUp's first mini-album pre-released song 'House Party' was held at the Blue Square SOL Travel Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

Soo-yeon said, `I'm looking forward to seeing you as it's the first time I'm showing you a newly rebranded look``. I'm happy to be with the members at such a special moment," Kim wrote. "I wonder what you'd think of us as rebranded."

BBUp is a four-member multinational girl group from IGOENT that debuted in April 2024. He made his debut as a four-member system, including Kim fan Su-yeon and Hyun-hee, and entered YouTube trending in Indonesia only with a teaser video of his pre-debut single 'Dudumchit', and continued his unusual move by releasing his debut song 'Lock On' for the first time in KCON Hong Kong. Then, those who won the Rise Star Award and the Rookie Singer Award for their song "Eint Novody" left the team after four months, and recruited Ji-yoon to reorganize the team.

This album draws attention in that it is the first time such BB-up is introduced after rebranding.

Ji-yoon said "I thought it was cool when I watched the non-commercial activities, but I'm so happy, happy, and honored to join the team. I'm going to do better activities with my sisters. Please look at our endless growth. This album became visually bold and I studied hard to improve my understanding of the song musically as well."

'House Party' is an electronic track with a sophisticated synth sound and a cheerful house beat. In the digital world where the boundaries between virtual and reality are broken, everyone wears a filter and enjoys a surreal party, compared to the ever-changing goblin character in Korean folktales.

Su-yeon wrote a message saying, `Let's throw away the fake filter and enjoy the party as I really am. It is an addictive song because it has a repetitive section, and the shuffle dance, the highlight of the choreography, is exciting and attractive. The music video has a face filter or a scene where our faces change from moment to moment, so we can even enjoy our ears and eyes."

Jiyoon enjoyed watching "K-Pop Demon Hunters" with the members. It was content through traditional Korean culture. We also reinterpreted traditional and Korean styles in BB-up's own style. I want to promote the beauty of Korea overseas. Shuffle dance is a highlight section. These days, things that were popular in the past have been upgraded and are popular, and flash mob re-emergence can come along with the first shuffle dance."




Kim says "Thailand also has a goblin-like presence. If we were to be goblins, I thought about what kind of goblins we would be and I wanted to be goblins who heal people with music."

BBUp will release 'House Party' at 6 p.m. on the same day and officially release its first mini-album in November.
