Lee Je-hoon X-gu Exchange 'Escape', will theaters open in July? Beat 'Inside Out 2' to win the 1st place in the reservation rate

The action movie 「Departure」 (directed by Lee Jong-pil, produced by The Lamp) ranked first in the overall reservation rate, heralding the start of an overwhelming box office run this summer.

According to the Korea Film Council's integrated computer network, 'Departure' ranked first in the overall reservation rate, achieving 26.5% (58,509) as of 3:45 p.m. on the 30th.

This is meaningful in that it is the first Korean movie to become the No. 1 reservation rate, beating the reservation rate of 'Inside Out 2', which has been in the box office for 24 consecutive days since the 7th.

Following the momentum of 'Inside Out2', 'Departure', which is expected to begin the summer theater's box office run, was followed by favorable reviews for the urgent 94 minutes of chase action, fantastic acting ensembles of irreplaceable actors, and solid stories that completed consensus.

As if to prove expectations for this, 'escape', which ranked first in the overall reservation rate, is expected to create a new box office wind in theaters in July with its release.

'Escape is a life-threatening chase between a North Korean soldier who began a escape for tomorrow and a security officer who pursues a North Korean soldier to protect today. Lee Je-hoon, Koo Dong-hwan, and Hong Sabin appeared, and director Lee Jong-pil of 「Samjin Group English Toy Class""Dorihwa" took the megaphone. It will be released on July 3.
