While the film 'Camera of Summer' (Holy Director) has been invited to the 39th BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, Kim Sia, who played a leading role, will attend the festival and carry out her official schedule.
"Summer's Camera" is a movie about Yeoreum (Kim Si-ah), who pulled out of the camera after her father passed away, holding her father's keepsake again to take a picture of Yeonwoo who fell in love at first sight, and finding her father's high school sweetheart in the camera.
In the play, Kim Sia plays the main character Yeoreum and performs enthusiastically. Kim Si-ah is expected to lead the play in depth by delicately unraveling the fresh image of a high school student who fell in love with her daughter who accidentally found her father's lover.
Even before its release, "Camera of Summer" has been invited to leading overseas film festivals and attracted attention. There is a growing curiosity about the new transformation that Kim Si-ah, who is showing a wide range of acting spectrum, will show through the 「Summer Camera」.
Kim Xia proved her outstanding acting skills by winning the 29th Golden Shooting Award for Childhood and the 3rd Sharm el-Sheikh Asian Film Festival Best Actress for her debut film 'Miss Bag'. Expectations are high for Kim Sia, who is building her unique filmography throughout the series 'Baekdusan', 'Closet', 'Gil Bok-soon', 'Kingdom: Asinjeon', 'Please take care of this life as well' and 'Sweet Home'.
The 39th BFI Flare, attended by Kim Sia, will be held in London, England from the 19th to the 30th.
