Actor Park Jin-young talked about his efforts to expose his upper body in the movie 'High Five'.

Park Jin-young met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 28th and went on a diet to create a character with a body like a beast," he said.

The movie, which will be released on the 30th, is a movie about what happens when five people who accidentally acquire superpowers meet with those who want their superpowers, and director Kang Hyung-chul took the megaphone.

Park Jin-young played the role of Young-chun, who had the superpower to become young with the pancreas. In a recent press preview, Park Jin-young said, `I went on a diet hard at the time of filming to digest my upper body exposed scenes" he once said. In response, he was set up as a character with a beastly body in the movie Contibook"I thought it would be better to dry it as much as possible rather than look dull because my body was too big. So I told the director that I would go on a diet, and sometimes on weekends, I ate only chicken breast, cherry tomato, and sweet potato salad for two to three months except for Cheating Day. When asked how he felt about seeing the upper body exposed in the movie, Park Jin-young replied with a smile, "'Thanks to the lighting director, I think I came out looking better than I tried.'"

Park Jin-young, who said he tried to lose weight for the first time for this movie, said "When I was in my 20s, I didn't gain much weight even though I ate something that was a blessing. But after serving in the military, my constitution completely changed. Maybe because I lived a regular life in the military, I became healthy. I ate a lot and worked out, so I gained 10kg quickly. "As soon as I was discharged from the military, I had a drama shoot, so I lost weight in a hurry, and my body was overloaded. Since then, I have been exercising 4 to 5 times a week to take care of my health," he said.
