Lee Joon-young's ex-lover Kang Sol made a surprise appearance at the gym at 24:00.

In the seventh episode of KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama 「24:00 Health Club" (scripted by Kim Ji-soo, directed by Park Joon-soo and Choi Yeon-soo), Hel Chi-kwang director Do Hyun-joong (Lee Joon-young) made Helin overcome member Lee Mi-ran's 'Wuntaegi' (Exercise + Kwon Tae-gi).

On the show, Miran realized that her wounds from the breakup had not healed at all and declared that she would quit working out. Hyun-joong blocked her from trying to take out her gym luggage and asked for a chance to help her overcome her physical condition.

Hyun-joong made all-out efforts to revive Miran's fading athletic passion with various sports other than health, such as shooting and basketball. However, it only touched the deep wounds engraved throughout Miran's body. Miran showed off her tremendous athletic ability, contrary to Hyunjung's expectations, adding to the regret that it was revealed that Miran wanted to be loved by others 'traces of effort'.

Miran's depression deepened, but Hyun-jung went to her company and said, `Mr. Miran, I can't give up," he said, expressing his true feelings. Colleagues who misunderstood the two as lovers even added fierce support, and Miran was forced to accept Hyun-joong's proposal and make them laugh.

Amid Hyun-jung's aggressive courtship, the two went hiking together. Unlike Hyun-joong's wish to revitalize his body and mind, Miran's expression became darker and eventually disappeared in the mountains, surprising viewers. Hyunjung, desperately looking for her, found Miran standing at the edge of the cliff and would not leave her alone like I did. I can help, member" he interrupted. It was a dramatic situation, but it turned out that Miran was simply an upset stomach, so he painted the small screen with laughter.

On the other hand, Hyun-joong drew attention by confiding his past history to Miran for the first time. Hyun-joong, who was born smaller than 1.5 kg dumbbells, was ignored because of his small and weak body, but he was able to strengthen with the help of Dong Han-cheol (Choi Moo-sung), the first director of the fitness club at 24 o'clock. However, as soon as he felt stronger, Hyun-joong was abandoned by Director Dong.

Miran, who was listening to Hyunjung's story, "Show us the director first. If you don't give up, you can overcome it.", he comforted him, who was trapped in his heart's wounds. In response, Hyun-joong visited Han Chul's hospital room after waking up with the David's competition trophy, and when he saw Han Chul's exercise log, he realized that he had never abandoned him, showing his appetite. Miran also made sure to end her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Yeom Joon-seok (Jung Wook-jin) thanks to Hyun-joong's sincerity in not giving up on her.

While Miran overcame the cloudiness and stamped her work at Hyunjung's gym again, Hyunjung's ex-lover Kang Sol (Park Hae-in) made a surprise appearance at the end of the broadcast, signaling a reversal. Hyun-joong was shocked to see her name written in the PT contract, while Kangsol smiled with ease, saying "Long time no see oppa". The reason why Kang Sol suddenly appeared at the fitness club of his ex-lover Hyun-joong, and the curiosity about the next episode, where another story will begin, exploded.

Meanwhile, the eighth episode of KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama '24:00 Health Club' will air at 9:50 p.m. on the 22nd.
