DAY6’s First Film ‘6DAYS’ Confirms Global Theatrical Release This August

On the 6th, which follows music and romance, Music Road Movie '6DAYS', which contains DAY6's cinematic journey, has confirmed its global release, starting with its domestic release in August.
The film is co-produced by MBC and DEJONG FILM and co-invested and distributed by CGV ICECON and CJ 4DPLEX, and consists of an epic road movie that follows the scenario beyond simple performance live or travelogue.
The film follows DAY6, who successfully completed his world tour last summer, to LA, USA, where he spends only six days of his youth. The members face unexpected relationships and unexpected events in unfamiliar landscapes, and face each other honestly at the time of their 10th anniversary.
On the exotic background, DAY6's colorful playlist, busking performance scenes, and honest stories from members are combined, sensibly depicting the unforgettable summer of the members on the screen. In particular, the band sound will be delivered deeper and clearer through sound optimized for theater sound, and the newly arranged acoustic version of the song will also be presented for this work, which is expected to be a hot response from fans.
Above all, this release raises expectations even further by confirming not only general 2D screenings but also SCREENX, 4DX, and ULTRA 4DX special theaters. The SCREENX screening, enjoyed on three wide screens, is expected to increase the sense of immersion with the performance scenes of DAY6 members in the vast and beautiful landscape. The 4DX screening with dynamic motion effects will depict their band sound and road trip more realistically. Finally, the ULTRA 4DX screening, which combines SCREENX and 4DX, will provide a unique pleasure that can only be felt in theaters through the extreme realism.
