tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'Seochodong', which will premiere on July 5, depicts the growth period of five lawyers working at various law firms in the Hyungmin Building in Seocho-dong, featuring laughter, tears, humanity and reality. From tikitaka taking place at lunch tables outside the court to the struggle for survival within the law firm, it is a sign of a full-fledged 'eating drama'.
In the play, Lee Seong-pa Ahn Ju-hyung (Lee Jong-seok) and passionate Kang Hee-ji (Moon Ga-young) will show a strangely mixed relationship. Ahn Ju-hyung, who has been staying at the same law firm for nine years, is a senior lawyer with both skills and records. If something happens in the legal town, everyone has a strong presence to visit Anju-hyung. On the other hand, Kang Hee-ji, a freshman lawyer who has just entered, continues to tap him with curiosity. However, it foreshadows a subtle atmosphere as it encounters a confident charm that does not work.
Above all, their core is 'Lunch meal chemistry'. Five people who work at different law firms but get together at lunchtime?Cho Chang-won (Kang Yoo-seok), Bae Moon-jeong (Ryu Hye-young), and Ha Sang-ki (Im Sung-jae)?We are in perfect harmony without words. The scene of the meal flowing like water from menu selection to spoon setting reveals their realistic intimacy.
Cho Chang-won, who talks whenever he opens his mouth, Ha Sang-ki, who silently accepts his jokes, Bae Moon-jeong, a Nae-gwang, and his colleagues who stop him, all of their characters are clearly alive. Beyond simple 'workplace', it is attracting attention as a 'real daily drama' that will make use of the taste of the viewers' meals.
tvN 'Seochodong', which does not let go of humanity and laughter in the cold world of Legal Town, will premiere at 9:20 p.m. on Saturday, July 5.
