Jun Ji-hyun & Gang Dongwon Tease “Adult Melodrama” Chemistry at ‘Tempest’ Launch

On the morning of the 2nd, Disney+ held a production presentation for the new original series 'Polaris' (played by Jeong Gam-gyeong, directed by Kim Hee-won and Heo Myung-haeng) at a hotel in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Jeon Ji-hyun, Kang Dong-won, Lee Mi-sook, Park Hae-joon, Kim Hae-sook, Yoo Jae-myung, Oh Jung-se, Lee Sang-hee, Joo Jong-hyuk, director Kim Hee-won and director Heo Myung-haeng attended the event.
Jun Ji-hyun said, "Moonju and coral are characters who lived in a completely different world, but they face each other while being attracted to something unknown. I think it's a relationship where I look back on myself as we get to know each other, and those things seem to develop in a fun way as the drama progresses. If you focus on those things, I think they'll enjoy it even more."We talked to each other while looking at the monitor. Have we ever acted like adults?I once said ' on the spot. When I saw it on the screen, I felt that part was natural and that it was like 'good'(good feeling)."
Kang Dong-won said "I like it so much" It would have been a completely different feeling if we had met when we were young, but the half-joking and half-joking conversation while watching the monitor was "I think I know something"Knowing something" It felt like a man and a woman looking at each other. Pukguksong is a story about an unidentified special agent 'Sanho' (Kang Dong-won) who has built an international reputation as a UN ambassador facing a huge truth threatening the Korean Peninsula with 'Moonju' (Jeon Ji-hyun) who has to protect her as he pursues the background of the presidential candidate shooting. Director Kim Hee-won, who directed 'Queen of Tears' and 'Vincenzo', director Heo Myung-haeng of 'The Outlaws', and writer Shim Jung-kyung of 'Decision to Break Up' and 'Little Women' made headlines by writing. In addition, the meeting between Jeon Ji-hyun, who has built an international reputation as a UN ambassador, and Kang Dong-won, who plays the role of Cho, Lee Mi-sook, Park Hae-sook, Kim Hae-sook, Yoo Jae-myung, Oh Jung-se, Lee Sang-hee, Joo Jong-hyuk, and Won Ji-an are also expected to appear.
'Polaris' will be released for the first time on Disney+ on the 10th.
