‘Yoo Jae-seok Camp’ Draws 55K Applicants, 3.5K Interviews

Netflix held 'Netflix Entertainment Festival 2025' at a hotel in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 2nd and unveiled this year's and next year's entertainment lineup. At the event, Hwang Seul-woo PD of 'Crime Scene Zero', Jang Ho-ki PD of"Physical Asia", Kim Ye-seul PD of"Kenyan Three Meals" and"Lee Seo-jin's Dalla", Kim Hak-min PD of"Black and White Cook: War of the Cooking Classes 2", Kim Jae-won PD of"Solo Hell 5", Jeong Jong-yeon PD of"Mystery Investigation Team 2", Lee So-min PD of"Daehwan Jang 2"Yoo Jae-seok Camp", Kim No-eun PD of"Morta Solo but I Want to Date.
Producer Lee So-min of 'Yoo Jae-seok Camp' said, `Yoo Jae-seok has been on a lot of entertainment shows so far, but it's his first time doing an accommodation show. And I think the accommodation entertainment itself is a format that shows the owner's philosophy and taste, and I'm looking forward to Yoo Jae-seok's new appearance while running a guest house for the first time. I'm looking forward to Jae-seok's leadership, but I'm also looking forward to Yoo Jae-seok's sloppy appearance that I've never seen before."
In response to the catch surprise of 'Guests are king and Yoo Jae-seok is king as well', PD Lee responded "When we recruited guests, 55,000 teams have applied so far, of which 2,000 teams, about 3,500 have been interviewed." I could feel what Yoo Jae-seok was like. As a recruitment phrase, I asked Yoo Jae-seok to gather with people who would chat, mess around and play with him, but I think this is the charm. I think it will be an entertainment show made with guests."
Over the past year, Netflix has released a variety of entertainment shows, including 'The influencer', 'Rookie Cho Jung-seok', 'Comedy Revenge', 'Black and White Cook: Cooking Class Wars', 'Zombie Bus: New Bloods', 'Rugby: Dying or Winning', 'Solo Hell 4', 'Devils Plan: Death Room' and 'Motasolo, but I Want to Date'. In addition, Netflix is drawing attention as it plans to release new entertainment shows this year and next year.
