At the press/distribution premiere of the movie 'Gwish' held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 9th, Moon Chae-won said, `I naturally sympathized with the character's desire to be pretty because I am a woman.'
The movie, which will be released on the 17th, depicts an eerie story of people who want to have what they do not have in the ghost trading market 'Guessi' when the fox window opens, and director Hong Won-ki, who directed 'Zombie Hunter' and 'Seoul Ghost Story', took the megaphone.
Moon Chae-won played the horror genre for the first time through 'Guessy'. As for how I came to appear in the movie, unlike Solar, I'm afraid of horror movies, so I can't watch them as an audience. In the meantime, I have never challenged this genre from the standpoint of an acting actor, and I have never been offered an offer (to appear). It was a new experience for me, and I got curious about the result" he said.
Playing Chae-won who was obsessed with her appearance, she said, "I didn't have much time to prepare the character. I finished filming in the 3rd and 4th episodes"I want to be pretty because I'm a woman, and I understand the character's heart because it's a job shown. I tried to express the character who was obsessed with desire as naturally as possible."
