The comedy film 'First Ride' topped the box office in the first weekend of its release.

According to the Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater tickets on the 3rd, 'First Ride' mobilized 238,810 people from the 31st of last month to November 2nd. The cumulative audience is 368,848.

Released on the 29th of last month, 「First Ride」 (director Nam Dae-jung) is a comedy in which friends of 24 years go on their first overseas trip when Tae-jung (Kang Ha-neul), Do-jin (Kim Young-kwang), a bright guy (Kim Young-kwang), compassion (Cha Eun-woo), a handsome guy (Cha Eun-woo), Geumbok (Kang Young-seok), a sleeping guy (Kang Young-seok), and a lovely guy Oksim (Han Seon-hwa) join together. Upon its release, it has topped the box office for five consecutive days, filling the theater with laughter.




The second place was 'Theatrical Chainsaw Man: Lessepyeon', which was watched by 147,473 people. The cumulative audience is 2,794,147. Released on Sept. 24, 'Chainsaw Man: Rezepyeon' (director Tatsuya Yoshihara) is a film about an explosive encounter between a boy 'Denzi' who became 'Chainsaw Man' by signing a contract with the electric saw demon 'Pochita' and an unidentified girl 'Rezepyeon' and a popular episode of Fujimoto Tatsuki's cartoon 'Chainsaw Man's popular episode 'Rezepyeon'.

The third place was the Japanese thriller "Exit 8" which attracted 84,714 people. The cumulative audience is 322,998. Released on the 22nd of last month, 'Exit 8' (director Kenki Kawamura) is a horror film about a man trapped in the underground of Infinite Loop and wandering in search of exit 8 in search of an abnormality in the repeated passage. He was invited to the Midnight Fashion section of this year's Busan International Film Festival and received favorable reviews from domestic audiences.
