Park Bo-young reveals her desire over hundreds of billions of won in gold bars.

Park Bo-young, Kim Sung-chul, and Lee Hyun-wook told stories about 'Goldland' at 'Disney+ Original Preview 2025(Disney+ Original Preview 2025)' held at the Cinderella Ballroom at the Disneyland Hotel Conference Center in Hong Kong on the 13th.

"Goldland" depicts the struggle of Hee-joo (Park Bo-young), who accidentally took over the gold bullion of a smuggling organization, in a chaos of greed and betrayal of various military merchants surrounding the gold bullion.

Director Kim said, `I wanted to talk about how our desires are divided and how we can solve them," he said in expressing his intention to plan.

Park Bo-young plays Kim Hee-joo, who struggles to protect the gold bullion. Kim Hee-joo is a security guard at an international airport who becomes involved in an illegal gold band smuggling case.

Park Bo-young said "I think it will be different from what I've shown before. They run away a lot, and they do a lot of dirt. The gold bullion came into my hands unintentionally, but doesn't it make you want to be human. You'll see that you're trying to have it."

Then "If there is an actual gold bullion, I can't imagine it because it's a number that doesn't touch, but I'll think of it as winning the lottery." If it were me, I would keep it a secret and live a leisurely life," he said with a smile.

Kim Sung-chul appears as Jang Wook, a terminal member of a loan company called 'Uki'. Knowing that Hee-joo has illegal contraband pursued by the organization, he seems to be intentionally approaching and helping, but he will cause tension with his actions and eyes that seem to reach for gold bars at any time.

Kim Seong-cheol said "There are various images of survivors with gold bars, and they came to me attractively. I thought I might have a desire to protect the gold bars, so I challenged myself."

"And I'm a person who's afraid of free stuff, so I'll use it for a good place if I get a gold bullion," he said. "I think I'll have 10% instead."

Lee Hyun-wook is Hee-joo's boyfriend and Dokyung Lee, an airline bookkeeper who helps smuggling organizations with the aim of paying off casino gambling debts. A person who loves money more than his girlfriend, who becomes involved in a mysterious incident while baiting for cash for contraband to leave Heeju and Goldland after paying off his gambling debt.

Lee Hyun-wook was drawn to what kind of desires he would show in front of a gold bullion and the basic desires that humans have. If I have a lot of gold bars, what kind of choice would I make? I think the viewers will also be worried" he tipped off.

He also said "If I actually get a gold bullion, I'll use a little bit of small things rather than buying a building all of a sudden," which drew laughter.

They also emphasized each other's chemistry. Kim Seong-cheol said "When acting with a character named Hee-joo or talking on the spot, Bo-young is like a real Hee-joo. They are also hurt by the rainy season. There have been such experiences. I feel like I'm doing fun work with actors I love so much."

Park Bo-young said, `The more we meet each other, the more we see the process of synchronizing with the character. I feel like I'm in harmony with my role now," he said.

The Disney+ Original 'Goldland' will be released in 2026.
